Ashish Saxena

Ashish Saxena is a global leadership advisor with more than 25 years of experience across Australia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa and the Americas. He has led multicultural teams and major strategic initiatives for organizations including Alcatel-Lucent, Nokia, TCS and General Electric.

His work centers on emotional and spiritual intelligence, resilience, decision-making and organizational change, using a human-centered approach to help leaders build inclusive, high-performing cultures. That combination of strategic clarity and people insight is what he brings to conversations with leaders navigating complex transformation.

Indrajeet Sengupta

Indrajeet Sengupta has spent more than three decades heading cross-functional teams and partnering with global leaders on complex organizational challenges. His approach to leadership centers on building high-performing teams, developing future-ready talent, and creating inclusive, purpose-led workplace cultures.

His areas of focus include HR technology, DEI, mentoring, executive coaching, long-term incentive design, and the future of work, particularly how workplaces can become more agile and resilient. He is currently developing AI applications for Human Resources.

Dr. Alan Richter

Dr. Alan Richter is the founder and president of QED Consulting. Over several decades, he has consulted for organizations including CERN, NASA and the UN, along with Fortune 500 companies such as American Express, AXA, BP, BDO, ConEdison, Deloitte and Unilever, primarily on leadership, ethics and values, diversity, inclusion, and culture change. His work spans more than 60 countries, and he is widely recognized as a pioneer in both the diversity and inclusion field and business ethics.

He co-created the Global Diversity Survey, the Global Gender Intelligence Assessment, the Global Leadership Survey, the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Benchmarks, and the Global Ethics & Integrity Benchmarks. He also co-produced Global Words for Global Leaders, a leadership video, and co-authored Lost in Cyberspace, a team-decision tool built around the dynamics of global virtual teams.

Dr. Lata Suresh

Dr. Lata Suresh brings more than three decades of experience in administration, teaching, research and management. She currently serves as Head, Knowledge Resource Centre and Head, IP&CC at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (MCA, Government of India), and is a Commonwealth Professional Fellow at the University of Birmingham, UK.

Her work focuses on strategic leadership, policy implementation, program development and training, along with driving collaboration across departments. She has contributed to projects nationally and globally, with particular focus on integrating IT solutions into academic and knowledge management systems.

Gayathri Sharma

Gayathri Sharma is a communications leader with 25 years of experience across corporate and PR agency roles. She has led corporate reputation, digital and brand PR, internal communications, and crisis management for companies across FMCG, auto, retail, financial services, food and beverage, pharma, energy, technology, and aerospace and defence.

Community investment and CSR strategy are also areas she has worked in closely. As a certified trainer and speaker, she focuses on POSH and DEI, helping organizations build safer, more inclusive workplaces.

Suchitra Rajendra

Suchitra Rajendra is a leadership and executive coach with more than 30 years of global HR leadership experience across India, Asia, Australia and Europe. Her senior roles have included CHRO at PepsiCo India and Asia, Head of HR for PepsiCo's North and South Asia regions, and Country Head & MD of Colt Technology India.

As a certified ICF (ACC) coach, she works with CEOs and CXOs through leadership transitions, cultural transformation and talent strategy. She currently serves as an Independent Director at HT Media and The Hi-Tech Gears, advises NGOs supporting youth and children with disabilities, and practices yoga and meditation.

Nene Molefi

Nene Molefi is the author of A Journey of Diversity & Inclusion in SA and a consultant working across Whole System Culture Change, Diversity and Inclusion, Strategy Development, Transformation, HR, Leadership Development and Values Driven Leadership. Her facilitation work involves creating a safe space for honest conversations between senior executives, junior management and staff, particularly around difficult topics.

She serves as a board member of the Centre for Global Inclusion and has worked with multinational organizations and virtual teams across different regions. Her experience combines an understanding of local, complex South African dynamics with the broader challenges multinational organizations face globally.

Rakesh Prasad

Rakesh Prasad has more than 22 years of experience driving talent strategy, employee engagement, performance management, DEI, governance, risk and compliance, analytics, digital transformation, customer experience, business operations and learning and development for large organizations.

He has scaled business operations while building a culture that strengthens employee relations. As a certified coach and psychotherapist, he works with senior leaders on strategic development and transformation, and serves as guest faculty at IIM Lucknow, Raipur, Rohtak and Ranchi, where he teaches change management, organizational transformation and culture-building strategies.

Dr. Panagiotis Pentaris

Dr. Panagiotis Pentaris is an Associate Professor whose work spans social work, thanatology, and the study of identity, culture and inequality. His research connects death, dying, grief, religion, gender, sexuality and social justice, looking at how individuals and communities experience vulnerability and care. He is particularly known for his work on how diverse identities, including LGBTQIA+ identities, intersect with end of life experiences, alongside broader socio-political, cultural and ethical questions around death.

His publications, including monographs and edited volumes, work across religious literacy, ageing, pandemic grief and decolonising death studies, contributing to both social work and death studies as fields. He is also involved in research development, ethical practice and postgraduate education. His earlier work in hospice care and bereavement support continues to inform his academic research today.
