The Inclusive Human-Centric Summit & Awards 7.0, Kaleidoscopic V.I.E.W.S
The Inclusive Human-Centric Summit & Awards 7.0 (Vulnerability, Inclusion, Empathy, Wellness & Social Justice) was organized by Ask Insights in partnership with The Times of India, and marked a defining moment in reimagining the future of leadership and inclusion.
Conceptualized by Dr. Niru Kumar, Founder & CEO of Ask Insights, the summit was envisioned as a movement, a call for organizations to move beyond diversity checklists and embrace a genuinely human-centric mindset that drives success through belonging, purpose and wellness. The two-day event featured Chief Guest Hon’ble Union Minister Smt. Savitri Thakur’s address on empowering women, alongside BK Sister Shivani’s session on the essence of human-centrism.
Global thought leaders delivered masterclasses throughout the event, while a Women’s Rally featuring Mahindra XUV300s turned the city into a visible symbol of breaking stereotypes. A Navrasa dance performance explored the power of human emotions, and Padma Shri Shekhar Naik’s demonstration reinforced a core message of the summit: diversity isn’t charity, it’s competitive strength. The event closed on a shared understanding that human-centrism isn’t an aspiration to work toward someday, but something organizations need to actively practice now.
DIWA: Diverse Individuals’ Wellness Advocates CHRO Roundtable
The inaugural DIWA CHRO Roundtable brought a new lens to workplace wellness, viewed through the framework of diversity and inclusion. The room brought together high achievers and thought leaders from diverse backgrounds, who shared their own lived experiences and the specific challenges they’ve navigated. The discussions centered on treating wellness as something to actively build into how an organization operates, covering awareness, prevention and ongoing management, rather than as an occasional benefit.
The event was supported by partner R1 RCM, whose commitment to workplace wellness was visible throughout the day. Ask Insights sees the DIWA CHRO Roundtable as the start of a longer, ongoing effort toward inclusive wellness across organizations.
